Fruity, Floral and Intense
Characteristics
Very old vines: 65 to 80 years old, clay and stony soil, low yield and 12 months of vinification give us a rich and round wine.
Very fragrant nose : fruity, floral with a delicate woody touch. The palate displays abundant citrus flavours with hints of grapefruit enriched with nutty, vanillin oackcharacters produced from barrel fermentations. Malolactic fermentation produces the wonderful, soft, creamy an butter mouth fell which enhances the balance and complexity of the wine. Rich, round, fruity and full bodied attack. Very good lengh, characteristic of great wines. Ageing potential : between 10 and 15 years.
