Orders can be placed through our online shop, but also by WhatsApp & Email.
For WhatsApp & Emails orders, the pre-payment before delivery by FPS or Bank Transfer will be requested.
Free delivery for all orders of 6 bottles & more (except outlying islands: contact us)
120 HKD fix delivery fee for orders below 6 bottles.
Upon reception of your order, the goods will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible, according to the below delivery schedule. Delivery is usually done within 1 to 3 working days.
We deliver to most locations, in the Hong Kong SAR only. In case we cannot deliver to your shipping address, we will notify you as soon as possible with alternatives or potential extra charges to be discussed.

We only deliver to one address per order. If you wish to get delivered to more than that one address, please place a separate order for each location.
The time of delivery will be subject to our delivery team route and cannot be selected.
In case of absence on the delivery day, our team can leave the goods at the door step or to the building management, following your instructions. Bakus Cellars Limited shall not be responsible for any deterioration or loss of the goods.
If the delivery has to be rescheduled in case of absence, additional charges of HKD 120 shall apply.
Walk up buildings: our delivery team may request you to pick up the goods down the building. We thank you for your understanding. Please contact us if a special arrangement is needed (additional charges might apply).
During public holidays and adverse weather conditions, deliveries might not be guaranteed. When Typhoon Signal #8 or above and Black Rain signal are hoisted, all deliveries will be suspended in accordance to the Hong Kong Government regulations.
Please examine carefully the goods immediately upon delivery. Any deficiencies and/or damages such as breakage must be communicated immediately to the delivery team.
After that date, the complaint will not be processed.
Complaints regarding wine taste (including corked wine, that is a natural phenomenon that can unfortunately affect wines sometimes) shall be communicated within 30 days after the delivery and the unconsumed bottled must be returned to us if a replacement is needed. After that date, the complaint might not be processed.
Wines might sometimes present dregs or sediments at the bottom of the bottle. These sediments are natural and not harmful for health. Related complaints shall not be processed.
Refunds will take form of credit notes, with a 1 year validity.
All complaints shall be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims are subject to our sole discretion.
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. Drink Responsibily.
Cartons of wine bottles might be heavy; be careful when lifting the boxes.
Privacy is our priority. Your personal details will never be released or sold to any company outside Bakus Cellars Limited for mailing or marketing purposes.
Your personal information will be treated as confidential, on a secure server with all applicable HK Data Protection and consumer legislation (Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486)).
When you shop from our company, we will collect your personal information such as name, email, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, etc. We may also collect (or our third-party providers of advertisements may collect) information about the location of your internet connection, your browser type, the country, the telephone area code, etc. We may collect the above information even if you do not register with us.
We confirm that any personal information that you provide us (or our third-party provider of advertising provide us) and any user information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the Data Commissioner’s Office.

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, email or in writing. You confirm you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Electronic Data Ordinance.
If you wish to change your mailing preferences or opt-out of specific marketing communications sent from Bakus Cellars Limited, you may notify us via our ‘Contact Us’ form. We will remove your personal data from our data base. It may take up to 21 days for the changes to come into effect.
